- !Forfeiture: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will result in a forfeiture of the deposit or prepayment.
- ✗No-shows: No-shows or early departures will be charged for the full stay as originally booked.
Refund Process

- •Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the reservation.
Modifications to Reservations
- •Guests may modify their reservation dates subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
