If you cancel your reservation after the 48-hour window or fail to check-in on the scheduled date, you will be charged for the first night of your stay as a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice of cancellation, you will be considered a "no-show." In this case, you will be charged for the first night of your stay, and the remaining nights of your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Refunds ( Only for Bookings via Website)

Refunds for cancellations made within the 48-hour free cancellation window will be processed promptly. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Group Bookings

For group bookings or reservations made through third-party websites or travel agencies, please refer to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking, as they may have their own cancellation policies.
